Qinghua Sea is located in Longyang District, Baoshan City, western Yunnan Province. It is located in the Baoshan Basin between Nujiang River and Lancang River in Hengduan Mountains. Qinghua Sea is a Nujiang River system, located in the southern margin of the Nujiang Valley Biodiversity Conservation Eco-functional Zone in Gaoligong Mountains. It is a key area of global biodiversity and an important node of the East Asia-Australia West Asia International Migratory Bird Migration Route.
